1. Eligibility for Return

You may return products under the following conditions:

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Only regular-priced, ready-made curtains and accessories are eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or tailored curtains
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will guide you through the return process and confirm eligibility.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or through mobile banking (Bkash/Nagad).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Exchange Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless already shipped.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
